Hand-modeled in polyurethane foam and cast using the traditional lost-wax technique, the Coral Zaffire Ring presents a sculptural openwork form referencing branching coral structures. The piece is crafted in 18-karat gold and finished with an oxidation patina to emphasize depth, texture, and surface variation.
A pink sapphire is set at the center of the structure, providing a controlled focal point within the porous gold lattice. The contrast between the oxidized gold surface and the polished stone highlights the balance between organic form and material precision.
