Your Right to Return

In accordance with the Saudi Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return any eligible item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalised pieces (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
• Made-to-order items (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
• Items returned after 15 days of delivery
• Items returned in a condition other than original (worn, damaged by customer)

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at info@darvault.co or via WhatsApp. We will arrange collection at no cost to you — Dār Vault bears all return shipping and handling charges.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. VAT (15%) is refunded in full.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
