Production Timeline
All Dār Vault pieces are handcrafted by our curated artisans. Items are produced after an order is placed and are not held in mass inventory.
Production typically requires a minimum of 30 business days from order confirmation, depending on the piece, artisan workload, materials, and complexity. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; you will be informed at the time of order.
Production begins only after payment is successfully received.
Estimated Delivery to Saudi Arabia
For customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:
- Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam: 3–5 business days
- Other KSA regions: 5–10 business days
Total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery: 15–30 business days (production + shipping combined).
Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are shipped directly from our artisans' studios using trusted international carriers (DHL, Aramex, or equivalent). Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email.
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, destination regulations, or carrier delays.
VAT & Pricing
All prices displayed on Dār Vault include 15% VAT as required by ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations. No additional VAT will be applied at checkout for customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Delays & Force Majeure
Dār Vault is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, natural events, or governmental actions.
